Speaking

Healthcare. Technology. Leadership.

Technological developments are often either overestimated or underestimated.

I am interested in the question in between:

What will actually change – and what does it mean for leaders, organizations and healthcare?

My talks combine emerging technology with experience from medicine, executive leadership, international technology business and healthcare operations.

They are not about celebrating technology for its own sake.

They are about orientation.

Keynotes

AI in Healthcare: Beyond the Hype

What artificial intelligence can genuinely change in healthcare – and why technology alone will not solve the industry’s underlying challenges.

A keynote on opportunities, limitations and the organizational conditions required to make AI useful.

Responsible AI: Who Is Actually Responsible?

AI systems increasingly influence or make decisions. But who remains accountable as systems become more complex and decision-making less transparent?

This talk connects AI governance, regulation and leadership and explains why responsible AI cannot be delegated to legal or IT functions alone.

Technology Changes Fast. Organizations Don’t.

Technology innovation cycles continue to accelerate. Organizations, by contrast, change remarkably slowly.

Why transformation often fails not because of technology, but because of leadership, structures, incentives and decision-making.

The Future of Healthcare Is Not a Technology Problem

Healthcare has access to more technology, data and innovation capital than ever before.

Yet many of its fundamental challenges remain unresolved.

A keynote on why the future of healthcare will depend less on individual technologies than on our ability to redesign healthcare delivery.

From Pilot to Reality

Healthcare is full of successful pilots.

Why do so few innovations become part of routine care?

A talk about scaling, business models, regulation, organizational change and the frequently underestimated last mile of innovation.
